Specialty Environmental Services

Critical Issues Analysis

To begin most development projects, we evaluate physical and regulatory constraints within project areas to address potential impacts from proposed activities by reviewing available info and visiting sites. 

Natural Resource Survey

We identify and delineate protected natural resources to locate critical areas, such as State Waters and Waters of the U.S.,  including Wetlands, Streams, and Waterbodies.

Biological Survey

Our organization conducts thorough site investigations to determine if state or federally protected rare, threatened, or endangered plant and animal species (and protected habitats) are present in project areas.

Ecological Restoration

We restore ecosystems to enhance long-term ecologic and hydrologic functions and values by improving wildlife habitat, stabilizing eroding areas, and armoring stream banks with plants.

Erosion Inspection

Through routine site documentation and water quality monitoring, we ensure land development projects follow approved discharge permissions in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.​

Environmental Review

We conduct Phase I & Phase II ESA's: due diligence, records review, prepare reports, and coordinate testing if  contaminated sites require testing. Also, we prepare Environmental Assessments and Impact Statements.

Landscape Design

Using nature's blueprint, we work with existing conditions to create aesthetically pleasing ecosystems by establishing native plant species that enhance ecological resilience and support wildlife.

Environmental Permitting

With a thorough understanding of local, state, and federal environmental regulations, we will help you navigate the permitting process and compile necessary documents required for permit applications.
